A Standard Service includes a safety check, regular tune-up, and thorough cleaning to keep your heating system in good working order.
Good choice for a system that is regularly maintained
Service PLUS
$149 Reg $179
Furnace Tune-Up
A Service PLUS includes a safety check, premier tune-up, and a deep cleaning that goes beyond an ordinary service to keep your air conditioning system in top condition.
Better choice for a system that has not been routinely serviced and/or 90%+ efficiency furnaces
Our Standard Service includes a 31-point checklist:

Replace the standard air filter

Check air filter for gaps and cabinet for unsealed openings

Check for carbon monoxide leaks

Check for gas leaks

Check gas shut-off

Check blower wheel free rotation

Check motor starter (capacitor)

Check flame starter amps

Check exhaust motor amps

Check blower motor amps
-
Check airflow
-
Check and adjust heat rise temperature

Check and clean furnace condensate lines (if applicable)

Check for proper combustion air grilles

Check safety controls
-
Check humidifier (pad replacement extra)

Clean furnace cabinet

Clean flame sensor or pilot burner

Clean and inspect burners, check for water corrosion and blockage

An additional charge may apply for extra cleaning of blowers and/or heat exchangers that have not been maintained. Although this is uncommon, we will let you if this is the case and present you with the price prior to beginning any work.
