If you are unable to resolve the issue on your own, a $119 diagnostic fee covers technician travel and diagnosing the problem. There would also be the cost of the repair and replacement parts (if needed). We will inform you of the price and your options before any work is completed.
We cover most parts with a 2-year parts warranty.

FILTERS
AIR FILTER TO USE:
We recommend a standard 3M MPR 800 - 1200 (MERV 7 to MERV 11) air filter. Replace the filter every 1-3 months.
AIR FILTERS TO AVOID:
At our elevation, a filter that has a rating of 1900 (MERV 12) or higher will restrict airflow and can cause equipment damage.
The cheap 30-day fiberglass filter will allow dust to pass through and collect in the blower and air conditioner coils.
